Order Turnaround

We pride ourselves on our ability to ship quickly. Close to 100% of our orders ship within 24 hours of payment. Orders normally ship via UPS Ground or in some cases USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can expect this information within 24 hours of shipping. We DO NOT ship outside the USA.

All of our software products are delivered by license. If purchased during normal business hours (9AM to 9PM EST) you will receive the license within minutes via email. After business hours your code will be emailed on the next business day.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on most items, all day, all the way within the continental United States. However, due to higher costs, we cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. However, there are certain products that can be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us first and we'll see what we can do. We do not offer free shipping on express shipments or on some bulky items such as monitors and some PA equipment.

We are an authorized dealer for every item we sell. All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty and the associated paperwork. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

Returns And Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by email or phone at (843) 471-1253 between the hours of 9AM and 9PM Monday through Saturday eastern time. We will do our best to remedy the situation. You must contact us prior to returning the item to us. Note: special orders have a 15% restocking fee.

Software products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Software licenses are not returnable. Also, we cannot refund your money if the item has been damaged, altered in any way, or if items such as accessories, owners manual, instructions, etc. are missing. If the item qualified for free shipping we cannot pay for return shipping.
